In a privileged place in our house is our cellar, which has more than 200 years of history.

A place of silence and hundreds of corners in which more than two thousand six hundred bottles are hidden, covering nearly five hundred references from various countries.

Andrés Rodríguez, our sommelier, chooses them with care, either by choosing a bottle or accompanying his gastronomic choice with a matching pairing, adapting to the tastes of each diner and also seeking to surprise to make his experience something unique and personal.

In this space we find various corners, such as the Jerez wine area, the craft beers, including Alhambra, the red wine cellar, or our white wine cellar, where, among others, more than sixty-five champagne references are housed .
