  1. Do I need to book in advance?
    Yes. We recommend making your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. You can request it through our online booking system or, if you prefer, by contacting our reservations team directly by phone at (+34) 942 50 82 43, by email at reservas@cenadordeamos.com or via the WhatsApp chat available on the website.
  2. How does the booking request process work?
    After completing your request, you will receive an automated message indicating that the booking is pending confirmation. From there, our reservations department will manage the request and contact you by telephone to confirm and define the details of your visit.
  3. Is a bank card required to make the booking?
    Yes. The system requests a valid card as a banking imprint to guarantee the reservation. No charge is made at the time of requesting or formalising the reservation; the corresponding charge may only be applied in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
  4. What is the cancellation policy?
    You can cancel or modify your booking, subject to availability, at no extra charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. After this period, or in case of no-show, a charge of €150 per diner may be applied. If you need to cancel, you can do so by telephone on 942 50 82 43 or by email to reservas@cenadordeamos.com
  5. I have a gift voucher, how can I use it?
    If you have a gift voucher, you will need to provide the identifying number found on the PDF “Cenador de Amós, Gift Voucher” when making your reservation. Purchasing the voucher does not automatically confirm a table, so we recommend booking in advance; furthermore, once 24 hours have passed since the purchase, you can check availability by calling 942 50 82 43 or writing to reservas@cenadordeamos.com. On the day of service, the voucher will need to be presented physically at the restaurant.
  6. How long does the dining experience last?
    The dining experience at Cenador de Amós is designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. As a guide, it typically lasts between two and three hours, depending on the menu and the natural rhythm of the service.
  7. Can the menus be adapted for allergies or intolerances?
    Yes. If you have any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements, we recommend stating them at the time of booking so that our team can assess your situation in advance and offer you the best possible service.

For reasons concerning the duration and preparation of our menus, we do not recommend table reservations for children under 8 years of age. Likewise, due to the limitation of our spaces, our capacity to accept reservations that include pushchairs is limited.

Frequently asked questions

Restaurant Opening Hours
Our restaurant will be closed for Christmas, and during the months of January and February. Our team will be attending to your bookings and enquiries during the following hours (excluding public holidays):

  • Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00.

  • Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00.

If you have a gift voucher to redeem at our restaurant, please remember to provide the voucher number when making your reservation. As per standardised protocol and for banking purposes, our reservation system will request the details of a card that you own and that is valid for the day you wish to visit us. No charge will be made to this card under any circumstances. The validity of your voucher will be cancelled in case of a no-show without prior notification. We can arrange a taxi service for you. This is an external service, but we would be happy to assist you with the arrangements if you require.

Upon completion of the booking process, you enter into a commitment with our restaurant, guaranteed by a pre-authorisation of your bank card with no charge (0.00 €).

  • If for any reason you are unable to attend on the agreed date, please inform us of the cancellation at least 72 hours in advance, either by telephone or email to reservas@cenadordeamos.com.

  • In case of late cancellation, modification after the indicated deadline, or no-show, a charge of €150.00 per person will be applied to compensate for economic loss and expenses incurred.

  • Payment Method and Security
    What payment method is used in the booking process?
    The card you provide will be used solely as a bank reference. No charge will be made at the time of booking, ensuring the utmost security of your data.
