  • Delivery timeThe bread will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours from dispatch, on working days, via specialised courier.

Conservation and consumption

Specific conditions

  • Fixed priceIn accordance with the Law 10/2007, of 22 June, the price of the book is subject to fixed price. No discounts or reductions will apply, except in the context of authorised commercial promotions under those regulations.

Shipping and delivery

  • The book will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe indicated during the purchase process.
  • The postage costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • Delivery is made on working days and is subject to the availability of the logistics operator.
  • All shipments leave on Wednesdays. Due to holidays, the departure day for orders may change.

Returns policy

In accordance with the Right of withdrawal regulated in articles 102 et seq of' Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer will be able to return the book within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that:

  • The product must not have been used and must show no signs of damage or tampering.
  • Please keep the original packaging in good condition.

5. Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

  • The gift vouchers digital will be sent by email within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • The physical products (books, bread, accessories, etc.) are processed for shipment on the Working Wednesdays. Delivery is made within an estimated timeframe of 48 to 72 hours (working days), except for events beyond the seller's control (strikes, weather, logistics operators, etc.). 
  • Due to a public holiday, the dispatch day for orders may change.

At all times, the customer will be informed of the status of their order and can contact customer service in case of any incident.

6. Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
