TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- In the case of physical products (such as non-personalised books, accessories or physical vouchers), these must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without having been used and with its original packaging intact.

Returns Policy by Product Type
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other applicable regulations, Cenador de Amós establishes the following specific conditions according to the type of product or service:
Gift vouchers
- Withdrawal valid within the 14 calendar days from purchase, provided that the bonus not been used or reserved.
