Jesús Sánchez is the creative force behind Cenador de Amós. His cooking is a true culinary alchemy, where he transforms high-quality ingredients into compositions that awaken the memory of the Cantabrian Sea. With a career that places him among Spain's elite chefs, Jesús has received international recognition from The Best Chef Awards and holds three Michelin stars, an exclusive distinction among the few restaurants in Spain.
His immense curiosity and his relentless search for the truth of flavour are reflected in every dish, making the gastronomic experience a multisensory journey deeply rooted in the Cantabrian terroir. Furthermore, Jesús is an ambassador for Leica and has had his own photographic exhibition, «Chef's Gaze». His passion for photography allows him to capture ephemeral moments that enrich his artistic legacy, imbuing his work with a unique sensitivity.

With over three decades of experience, she leads the shared life project with Jesús and personally oversees motivating and managing our talented team. Her approach is based on emotional intelligence, transforming every service into a unique and memorable sensory experience.
Her leadership has been crucial in achieving recognition with its Michelin Green Star and positioning the restaurant as a benchmark in sustainable haute cuisine, driving innovations that have led Cenador de Amós to stand out as a Net Zero restaurant. Thanks to pioneering initiatives – such as the first Solar Community in the gastronomic sector, endorsed by Repsol and Aenor – Marián reinforces its commitment to the environment, demonstrating that excellence is achieved without compromise.
