In the heart of Cantabria, The Cenador de Amós is housed in a 1756 manor house/palace.. A Baroque building with soul, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, which has been lovingly restored to maintain its essence and project it into the future.

At Cenador de Amós, ecodesign is an essential part of our identity. From the outset, we have committed ourselves to responsible interior design that harmonises with our surroundings, people, and the environment. Every element of our establishment has been carefully selected to minimise environmental impact and maximise sustainability. Architectural design and sustainable furniture Our historic 18th-century stately home has been restored whilst respecting its original architectural features, such as stone arches and fine woodwork. Contemporary elements have been incorporated into this heritage base, reflecting our commitment to ecodesign. The renovation carried out by José Piris combines the architectural sobriety of the 18th century with a clean, serene, and environmentally conscious contemporary design.

The main dining room, located in the house's old courtyard, is today a warm, open, and natural space. Sustainable materials, energy efficiency.
