In our space, celebrating it with me and my team is an achievable, personal, and accessible experience. We design bespoke proposals, adapted to different styles and budgets, without compromising on quality, creativity, or flavour.
My passion for cooking has led me to receive accolades such as the National Gastronomy Award, 3 Michelin Stars, the Green Star for sustainability, and most recently, the honour of being chosen as one of the best chefs in the world. But, honestly, what excites me the most is accompanying people like yourselves on days that mean everything.

Yes, and it's one of the most special places to do so. Our garden, surrounded by an 18th-century palace, offers a magical setting for personalised civil ceremonies. Each setup is designed with care, paying attention to every detail, so that it reflects your essence and emotions from the very first moment.
We have private spaces perfect for celebrations from 6 people: proposals, family gatherings or intimate weddings. We also have rooms with a capacity of up to 40 diners. These are places that allow you to experience special moments with privacy, calm and great care.
Our main ballroom can host up to 240 guests. We design each setup to be elegant, comfortable, and tailored to your personality. The key is to create atmospheres that excite, without losing the essence of authenticity.
Yes. Our Amos Catering and Events team travels all over Spain. We bring our gastronomic proposal, excellent service, and staging wherever you dream of celebrating. We take care of every detail so that the Amos experience can be enjoyed wherever it may be.
Of course. Every couple has a unique story, and the menu should reflect that. We sit down with you to listen and collaboratively design a bespoke gastronomic proposal. We don’t work with set menus; we create experiences that represent you.
