Our chef, Jesús Sánchez, has worked diligently to recover and perfect the flavour of traditional breads, using only the finest stone-ground organic flours and fermented exclusively with natural sourdough starter over a long 22-hour fermentation.
The uniqueness of this bread lies in its special blend of toasted seeds – poppy, sunflower, golden sesame, pumpkin, and brown flax – which contribute a nutty note, enriching its flavour and giving it a vibrant colour and exceptional texture.
