SÓMA, 2026 emerged from the creative vision of Juan Díaz-Faes and the gastronomic universe of Cenador de Amós. It is part of Colección Cantábrico 2026, Jesús Sánchez's new season, a proposal where art and cuisine come together through a shared language: matter, gesture, intuition, and the desire to evoke emotion.
This piece makes a part of that experience a tangible object. Just as happens in the restaurant with the sculptures and the tableware altered for this edition, SÓMA, 2026 allows an experience conceived as a dialogue between territory, memory and evolution to be extended beyond the service. It is not just a decorative work: it is a physical fragment of the Cantábrico 2026 Collection.
The sculpture is made of polyurethane resin with acrylic paint and an ultra-gloss finish. Its dimensions are 27.4 x 12.8 x 25 cm, limited to 50 units.
As part of this collection, SOMA, 2026 is integrated into a project with a charitable dimension: part of the proceeds will be donated to an NGO, reinforcing Cenador de Amós's commitment to its community and giving this collaboration between art and gastronomy a shared purpose.
